FAQs
- How many Purelab Dispensers can you
connect at any one time? It depends; with a Chorus 1 LS/AR/GS, you can connect a maximum of 4 dispensers. With Chorus 1 Complete or Chorus 2 (RODIUV & ROEDIUV), you can connect 3 Dispensers. With Quest, you can only connect 1 Purelab Dispenser. The Dispenser cannot be connected to Chorus 2 RODI, Chorus 3 or any of the other products such as Ultra, Option, Pulse or Prima. The Dispenser cannot also be connected to the ring main either. The customer can also connect a mixture of the Halo dispensers and the Purelab Dispenser together to get them a wide range of dispensing solutions which can be integrated with the system, on the wall or bench mounted.
- What is the possible distance between the Purelab Dispenser and the water purifier?
The distance between the Purelab Dispenser and unit is 5m and this is the same for an additional Dispenser. Over and above 2 Dispensers, the distance drops to 3m apart and the flow rate also reduces.
- What type of sensor(s) does the Dispenser have inside? And what does it measure?
There is a quality monitoring sensor inside the Dispenser which is the same as the one in the Halo Dispenser. It will measure water purity either in MΩ or μS. The display screen will also show the status of the system and when connected to a storage reservoir, it will show the amount of water in the reservoir
